THE LATIN PERCUSSION CENTER IS LOCATED AT CALLE A AND EDMUNDO CARVAJAL, TWO BLOCKS AWAY FROM “CENTRO COMERCIAL EL BOSQUE.”
WE INVITE YOU TO BECOME PART OF THIS FAMIL THAT GETS ALONG TO PROMOTE THE DEVELOPMENT OF PERCUSION AND MUSIC IN ECUADOR, WITH A WORK PROGRAM THAT HAS BEEN ELABORATED FOR MANY YEARS AND WITH A SISTEMATIC STUDY OF THE MOST EFFICIENT METHOD FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE PERCUSSION STUDIES.
Program studies for the percussion course
This program has a defined learning system, where we will learn to dominate all of these aspects
1. Technique, on various instruments.
We will study in progressive manner these instruments:
Emphasizing on the technical control of each, which will lead us to a good quality sound and control over the instrument, following the right steps and studying the various exercises developed for this.
2. Comping rythms in various music genres.
By the end of the course we will have learned, and we will be able to comp on these next rythms:
Each instrument has its particular technique, for which we’ve developed various exercises for each one of them, and which they should be studied to conscience in order to achieve the desired goal.
